Having been to Tbilisi a couple of time prior to filming this music video, we already had contacts to reach out to during the pre production. Our main character Dro accepted the role immidiatly and gave us some feedback on locations we were thinking about.

If you’ve been to Georgia, you must know that everything had a way of just flowing. We spent our days driving from location to location, filming, but also talking eating. We made new friends along the way.

Our favorite frame has to be one of the opening shots, of Dro standing in the middle of nowhere, with a couple of soviet styled buildings in the background.

We wanted to create a visual layer that would match the gritty atmosphere of Tbilisi, to achieve that we’ve paired a vintage Angenieux zoom with a Blackmagic Pocket 4k camera.
